Neglected Truth uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our packages. Shipping
charges are calculated in real time using the weight of the items and your
zip code when ordering online. All of our orders placed, besides custom
skate orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

We ship worldwide using USPS express mail(6-10 business
days). Rates are calculated using the weight of your purchase and the destination
of your
package. All

orders will ship within 48-72. This delay is because it takes longer to verify
your card you’re your bank. Express mail usually takes 6-10 business
