Shipping Policy (Domestic)
Neglected Truth uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our packages. Shipping charges are calculated in real time using the weight of the items and your zip code when ordering online. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours unless it is a custom skate order which takes between 48-72hours to be shipped.
Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100.00
When an item is added to your shopping cart with a total value of $100.00 or more your cart is automatically updated to free UPS ground shipping. This can not be combined with any other coupon code and it only applies to ground shipping. You can upgrade your shipping method if you need your items faster and the cost will be calculated using current UPS rates.

- USPS Flat rate(dvd only) - 2-3 business days(not guaranteed)

2. Click checkout.
3. Enter the destination zip code and state in the proper fields.
4. Click “recalculate”
5. Select shipping method (prices will be displayed in the drop down menu).
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide using USPS express mail (6-10 business days). Rates are calculated using the weight of your purchase and the destination of your package. All international orders will ship within 48-72 hours. This delay is because it takes longer to verify your credit card with the bank. Express mail usually takes 3-5 business days to reach its destination.
