Price Matching Policy:
We will be happy to match any price that you find on the internet. Our price matching policy only applies to identical items. Please email or call us with the URL of the website for us to verify. Also, please email the company in question to verify that the item is in stock before you place your order. If the company does not have the item that you want in your size or color than we will not match the price. We do not match prices on Ebay because we have found that around 95% of Ebay sellers do not actually stock the items that they are selling and have about a 1-month delivery time. We will call or email you with your total before we ship the items to you.
Custom Skate Policy:
Just because a certain setup is not on the site does not mean that we are not capable of making it. We will build any custom skate for customers if we have access to the parts. If the setup you want is not online just call us toll free at 1-866-TRUTH90 for a quote and we will do our best to create what you are looking for. Please note that custom skates will take approximately 24-48 hours to ship due to the fact that we are building them. If you want to order custom skates and put them together yourself we can ship them faster. If irreversible modifications are made to the custom skates that you order we will be unable to accept them.
Special Order Policy:
If there is an item that you do not see on our website we may be able to order it and get it shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. All shipping costs will stay the same. If you need to return a special order item there will be a 10% restocking fee. Return Policy:
In order for an item to be returnable/exchangeable the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. To return skates they must be unworn and unmarked. If you are not sure about the sizing of your skates be sure to wear them inside your house without scuffing or damaging any of the parts. Do not try to use them outside or in a garage because we will not accept scuffed skates for exchange. The wheels are to be unworn. Once an order is received the customer has a 10-day grace period to contact Neglected Truth so the return/exchange can be authorized. By contacting us within this grace period you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Without a RAN clearly written on your returned package your return/exchange will not be accepted. When returning/exchanging a package the customer is responsible for the return freight. Neglected Truth will take care of the shipping for any exchanges in the United States. On any special orders there will be a 10% restocking fee. Custom skates that have irreversible changes made to them are unable to be returned. Any discrepancies will be handled accordingly. Keep in mind that most products we carry include a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for assistance with any manufacturer. Out of Stock Policy:
If our inventory is incorrect and you place an order for something we do not have in stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order. Within those 24 hours we will find out from the manufacturer if we can special order that product and how long it may take. If not we can find you another comparable product for 10% off.
