We also accept MONEY ORDERS to pay via money order please phone in your

Custom Skate Policy:
We will build any custom skate for customers. Just because certain setups
may not be on the site does not mean that we are not capable of doing it.
If we have or have access to the parts we can do it. If the setup you want
is not online just call us toll free (1-866-TRUTH90)for a quote and we
will do our best to create what you are looking for. Please note that custom
skates will take approximately 24- 48hours to ship due to the fact that
we are building them. If you want to order custom skates and put them together
yourself than we can do that in regular time. If irreversible modifications
are made to the custom skates that you order they unable to be returned.
Price Matching Policy:
We will be happy to match any price that you find on the internet. Our price
matching policy only applies to identical items. Please email or call us
with the URL of the website for us to verify. Also, please email the company
in question to verify that the item is in stock in before you call or email
us. If the company does not have the item that you want in your size or
color than we will not match the price. We do not match prices on Ebay
because we have found that around 95% of Ebay sellers do not actually stock
the items that they are selling and most products have about a 1-month
delivery time. We will call or email you with your total before we ship
the items to you.
Special Order Policy:
If there is an item that you do not see on our website there is a good chance
that we will be able to order it get it shipped directly to you from the
manufacturer to save time. All shipping costs will stay the same. If you
need to return a special order then there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Return Policy:
In order for an item to be returnable/exchangeable the items must be unworn
and unwashed. Skates that are returned are also to be unworn and unmarked.
If you are not sure about the fitting of your skates be sure to just wear
them around your house. Do not try to use them outside or in a garage because
we will not accept them for exchange. The wheels are to be unworn. Once
an order is received, the customer has a 10-day grace period to contact
Neglected Truth so the return/exchange can be authorized. By contacting
us within this grace period you will receive a Return Authorization Number
(RAN). Without a RAN clearly written on your returned package your return/exchange
will not be accepted. When returning/exchanging a package the customer
is responsible for the return freight. Neglected Truth will then take care
of the shipping for any exchanges in the United States. On any special
orders there will be a 10% restocking fee. Custom skates that have irreversible
changes made to them are unable to be returned.Any discrepancies will be
handled accordingly. Keep in mind that most products we carry include a
manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for assistance on any manufacturer.
Out of Stock Policy:
If somehow we lose track of our inventory and you order something that we
do not have in stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order. Within
those 24 hours we will find out from the manufacturer if we could get that
product in and how long it would take. If not we will find you another comparable
product for 10% off.
